At Growing Wonder, we are committed to providing high-quality workshops, services, and resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any workshops or services.

1. No Refund Policy
All workshop and handbook service purchases are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our workshops and digital content, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. All handbook editing and creation services are final sale. Because handbook services involve customized work, refunds will not be provided once the service has started. If you have any concerns about your handbook order, please contact us before making a purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally not provided, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may include:

3. Workshop Cancellations by Growing Wonder (In-Person or Live Virtual Sessions Only)
If we cancel an in-person or live virtual workshop for any reason, you will be given the option to:

Transfer your registration to a future workshop of equal value
This policy does not apply to pre-recorded or self-paced digital workshops, which remain non-refundable.

4. Transfer Policy (In-Person or Live Virtual Sessions Only)
If you are unable to attend an in-person or live virtual workshop, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another individual. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request a transfer.
This policy does not apply to pre-recorded or self-paced digital workshops.
